Lux Revival provides fast and reliable shipping for your convenience. We aim to deliver your items to you as quickly as possible via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note a signature is required on delivery.
International Delivery is available. All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Europe delivery 3-5 working days after posting. Rest of the world 5-10 working days, depending on Country.

UK Orders under £200 - £5.95
EU Orders £7.95
Rest of the world £18.95
Customs & Import tax fees outside the UK.
Lux Revival are not liable for any tax or fees you may be charged when ordering outside the UK. Lux Revival are also not liable for any delays in delivery of your item due to customs processing times in your Country. We will usually have to pay the import tax/fees before receiving your goods.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lux Revival offers a hassle-free returns policy. You have 14 days to return any unwanted items. Please ensure that items are returned in unworn and undamaged condition. Please ensure you return your item with sufficient insurance to cover the original purchase price of the item. Lux Revival are not liable for any items you return that are lost or damaged by the courier, or cost of the return. Please contact us to request a return before posting any items. Please return your item in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Once your returned item has been received by us, we will check it and issue your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to show in your bank account. If returning from outside the UK, please ensure you declare your item as a return. Any charges incurred by us as a result of the declaration not being completed correctly, will be deducted from your refund. Any items returned damaged, worn or not received by us within the 14 day return period, will not be refunded.
